At Qualogy, as a Product Owner, you will work on impactful IT solutions for leading clients in the public, financial, and commercial sectors. You determine the direction of the product, connect business and IT, and ensure that teams deliver value every sprint in a focused way. You are the substantive and strategic point of contact: from product vision to roadmap and from stakeholder expectations to successful implementation. What will you do? You develop and safeguard the product vision and translate it into a clear roadmap You prioritize and manage the backlog so that teams continuously deliver maximum value You work closely with clients, business teams, and developers You provide substantive direction to (DevOps) teams toward product objectives You translate stakeholder needs into clear user stories and concrete solutions You guide products from idea to production and further development What do you bring? Must-haves: At least 5 years of relevant experience as a Product Owner Experience within the public sector (financial domain is a plus) At least an HBO degree (e.g. Business Administration, Computer Science, or similar) PSPO I and SAFe certification (PSPO II & III is a plus) Strong communication skills in both Dutch and English Experience with Agile tools such as Jira, Azure Boards, and Confluence Proactive and independent working style Nice to have: Experience with DevOps, CI/CD, and product delivery Strong backlog management and roadmap development Commercial mindset and customer-oriented thinking Knowledge of cloud platforms such as Azure and AWS What do you get in return? 💰 Salary between €4,250 and €6,000 per month (depending on experience) 📈 Bonus scheme of 15% to 50% on top of your salary 🎓 Personal development budget of €2,500 per year (unlimited in the first year) 🚗 Lease car with fuel card or mobility allowance 🏖️ 30 vacation days 🏡 Hybrid working possible 💻 Laptop & phone (or BYOD arrangement) 🏆 Projects at top 100 clients 🍻 Informal culture with a Friday drinks gathering every week Why Qualogy?
