For more information, please visit www.zaincash.iq. Responsibilities: Product Development Support the product lifecycle from requirements gathering to post-launch activities. Assist in defining and enhancing digital payment products, including wallets, transfers, bill payments, and merchant payments. Requirements & Collaboration Prepare Business Requirement Documents (BRDs), user stories, process flows, and acceptance criteria. Collaborate with business, technology, QA, operations, and compliance teams to support product delivery. Assist in requirement clarification and stakeholder communication. Testing & Release Support Support the preparation of UAT scenarios and test cases. Participate in UAT and verify product readiness before release. Assist in production deployments and post-release issue tracking. Customer Experience Support initiatives to improve customer experience and product usability. Work with design and development teams to enhance customer journeys. Requirements Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field. Fresh graduate or up to 1 year of experience in product management, business analysis, or digital product development. Internship experience is a plus. Basic understanding of digital payment products and fintech services. Familiarity with Agile methodologies and the product development lifecycle. Ability to collaborate with business, technical, QA, and operations teams. Fluency in Arabic and English (written and verbal). Basic understanding of APIs and system integrations is an advantage. Exposure to UAT and software testing concepts is a plus.
