Description
About Jetson
Jetson is on a mission to accelerate the transition of 100 million homes across North America away from fossil fuels toward sustainable energy use. We believe in a future that is 100% electric and 100% better.
Homes are one of the largest sources of carbon emissions, yet adoption of solutions like heat pumps remains slow due to cost and complexity. Jetson is solving this by building the first fully vertically integrated home electrification company — making clean energy simple, transparent, and affordable.
We rely heavily on technology, automation, and data to scale this impact. At Jetson, we value people who are excellent at their craft, curious about new tools (including AI), and motivated to continuously improve how work gets done.
The Opportunity
Jetson is looking for a Product Marketing Specialist to own how our new products go to market — from positioning and messaging to launch execution and performance tracking. This is a high-ownership role at the intersection of product, growth, and revenue. You will define how each product is introduced to the world, ensure our CRM and analytics infrastructure reflects what's live in each market, and coordinate across paid, organic, and growth channels to make launches land. You'll be the connective tissue between product roadmap and marketing results.
What You'll Do
Own end-to-end go-to-market strategy for new product launches — defining target segments, positioning, messaging hierarchy, and channel mix, then driving execution from announcement through adoption.
Develop and maintain product positioning and messaging frameworks that translate technical features into clear, benefit-led stories tailored to distinct buyer personas and geographies
Set up and manage HubSpot infrastructure to support product launches: creating custom properties, configuring lifecycle stages, and designing dashboards that track launch performance across markets and geographies
Coordinate paid, organic, and growth channels for each launch — briefing channel owners with positioning, defining experiments, aligning creative and copy to the messaging framework, and tracking which channels drive pipeline velocity
Manage analysis and reporting workflows, including win-loss research and competitor positioning tracking, to provide actionable insights for various stakeholders.
Identify process and tooling gaps in how launches are planned and tracked; build repeatable playbooks and automate workflows using AI tools to increase the team's capacity.
Collaborate with product and sales to align on launch readiness, enablement materials, and feedback loops.
Be held accountable to performance targets — success in this role is measured against clear KPIs including pipeline contribution, launch-attributed revenue, channel performance, and adoption metrics by product and geography.
What You Will Bring
4–7 years of product marketing experience, with at least 2 years owning go-to-market launches at a high-growth startup or fast-moving consumer brand; experience in home services, energy, or hardware is a plus
Demonstrated expertise in positioning and messaging — you can write a positioning statement, build a messaging framework, and translate both into briefs that align a cross-functional team
Hands-on HubSpot experience: you know how to architect custom properties and deal pipelines for new products, configure lifecycle stages and workflows, build segmented lists for multi-geo rollouts, and create dashboards that surface the metrics that matter
Proven ability to coordinate across paid, growth, and organic channels for a launch — you understand how each channel works well enough to write a tight brief, review creative, and hold partners accountable to the messaging
Experience launching products or campaigns in multiple geographies — including localizing messaging, adapting competitive positionin
