About the Role
As Senior Manager, Product Marketing, you will own the end-to-end GTM strategy for a portfolio of GovTech's most impactful whole-of-government products. You will drive adoption at scale, translate complex technical capabilities into compelling narratives for technical and non-technical stakeholders, and build the measurement frameworks that prove what's working. This is a rare opportunity to shape how the entire nation of Singapore experiences government services.
What You'll Own:
Own end-to-end GTM strategy and execution for assigned GovTech products, from positioning and messaging to launch and post-launch adoption tracking.
Define and drive product positioning, user segmentation, and value proposition development for B2B and B2B2C audiences.
Identify product discovery channels and user touchpoints to drive adoption, activation, and retention.
Analyse product funnels and engagement data to surface friction points and direct intervention strategies.
Build and maintain sales enablement and stakeholder enablement assets, translating technical roadmaps into value-based narratives for policy makers, agency directors, and product teams.
Partner with Product, Engineering, Data, and Policy teams cross-functionally to align GTM plans with product roadmaps.
Define and track success metrics, plus build feedback loops that inform product and marketing decisions.
Function as an Individual Contributor within a team of PMMs
Requirements & Qualifications
Experience
Seniority : Minimum 6–8 years of experience in Product Marketing or Growth roles.
Seasoned Marketer: Have a demonstrated ability to plan and execute marketing or product marketing strategies. Prior work and personal projects count for much more than specific degrees.
SaaS Expertise : Minimum 2 years in Enterprise SaaS. You must demonstrate experience managing complex B2B or B2B2C product lifecycles, API-led ecosystems, and platform adoption.
People Management : Proven experience working in teams and influencing across multi-levels of stakeholders. Having managed a small team or reports will be a plus.
Skills
Go-to-market Fluency: Expert-level knowledge of Go-To-Market (GTM) strategy and a proven track record of executing on plans proficiently and managing budgets efficiently. An ability to work and influence across different product teams to scale adoption and grow users, plus improve retention rates of GovTech products.
Market & User Intelligence : Proven ability to turn research on user behaviour and adjacent product ecosystems into insights that sharpen product positioning and identify adoption opportunities.
