Description
About League   League is one of the fastest-growing technology companies in Canada and the leading healthcare experience platform. Getting healthcare is often the easy part — finishing it is where things fall apart: people book the appointment and skip the follow-up, fill the prescription and stop taking it, get the referral and never make the call. That gap costs health plans and health systems money, and it costs people their health. League closes that gap — identifying what each person needs to do next, clearing what’s in their way, and getting it done, for the 70 million+ people whose care already runs through our platform. Health plans and health systems trust us to do this at scale. Organizations like Manulife, SCAN, Geisinger, and Medibank on the payer side, and Baptist and Shoppers Drug Mart on the provider side.  Position Summary:  As Product Marketing Manager, GTM, you make League's go-to-market motion faster and stronger by turning positioning into the assets and content that bring solutions to market. League is re-founding its narrative; you take the portfolio level positioning and messaging scale it — building sales assets, adapting the story across solutions, segments, and formats, and keeping the field library sharp and current. You're a fast, high-quality builder who uses AI fluently to multiply your output, and you measure success by how much good GTM content gets into sellers' hands and how well it aligns to the larger story. This is a build-and-scale role for someone early in their PMM career who wants to grow into solution ownership. What you'll be doing:  Asset Creation & Scale Build core sales and GTM assets — pitch decks, one-pagers, objection-handling guides, discovery content, competitive battlecards and more. Build and maintain toolkit content for League's sales plays. Produce solution launch assets in support of solutions moving to market, ensuring each has the field-ready content it needs at each GTM stage. Use AI tools to scale asset production — drafting, adapting, and iterating faster while keeping quality and on-narrative consistency high. Maintain the field-facing asset library — run regular audits, retire stale content, flag claims that drift from current positioning. Translation & Adaptation Translate the portfolio and solution narrative into the right format and altitude for different audiences — seller-facing, prospect-facing, segment-specific. Adapt assets across solutions and segments, repurposing a strong core into the variants the field needs. Localize and tailor content for specific deals, campaigns, conferences, and partner contexts against defined intake criteria. Support packaging and solution commercialization. Operating Rhythm Run day-to-day PMM request intake and triage — score against criteria, set turnaround expectations, keep the queue moving. Partner with Solution Owners, Solution Engineering, and Sales Ops to gather the inputs needed to build accurate, useful assets. Represent PMM's content work in various touchpoints, ensuring solutions have the assets they need at each stage. Security-Related Responsibilities Compliance with Information Security Policies Ensure access management is performed in compliance with the employee's role and responsibilities Responsibility and accountability for executing League's policies and procedures within the department/ team Notification of HR, Legal, Compliance & Security of any incidents, breaches or policy violations What we're looking for:  3+ years of product marketing experience, ideally B2B healthcare technology or B2B SaaS with a complex sales motion Strong track record building sales and GTM assets that get used in the field — decks, one-pagers, battlecards, plays Demonstrated fluency leveraging AI to scale and improve marketing work — uses AI tools to produce more, faster, without sa
