Description
Cloaked https://www.cloaked.com is a consumer privacy and identity platform on a mission to give people back control of their personal data. We let anyone generate unlimited identities - masked emails, phone numbers, and payment cards - scrub their information off data-broker sites, and shield themselves from spam, scams, and breaches, all from one app. Backed by a $375M Series B, we've protected 10M+ identities and removed 1B+ records from the data brokers who profit off personal information. Now we're building the AI-native future of privacy: autonomous agents that monitor, manage, and defend your digital footprint for you.
About the role
We’re looking for a Product Marketing Manager, Enterprise to own performance and brand marketing for our enterprise vertical - a hands-on, zero-to-one role built on the "human attack surface" thesis: employees are the soft target, and Cloaked protects them. You'll work shoulder-to-shoulder with sales and our enterprise product and engineering org, run events and conferences, and build the enterprise marketing motion from scratch, against two headline goals: generating qualified pipeline and building a repeatable playbook. If you're a zero-to-one B2B marketer who can carry a brand into a security buying room, come build with us!
What you'll do?
- Own demand generation for the enterprise ICP - ABM, paid, content syndication, webinars, and the "Bring Cloaked to Work" motion - against the CISO buyer persona, and own the MQL → SQL handoff with sales.
- Build the repeatable enterprise marketing playbook from scratch - messaging, channels, event motion, nurture, and enablement - documented so it scales beyond one person.
- Own the enterprise event calendar end-to-end - security shows (RSA, Infosec, regional CISO summits), booth, speaking, sponsorships, field dinners, and follow-up.
- Run both the performance execution and the brand/credibility layer - thought leadership, case studies, and a vertical brand that keeps Cloaked's non-fear-based voice in the security buying room.
- Partner tightly with sales (battlecards, one-pagers, decks, objection handling) and with enterprise product/engineering (feedback loop, launch support).
What skills and experiences will help you?
- 4–5 years in enterprise / B2B marketing combining demand gen and product/brand marketing; security, privacy, HR-tech, or fintech a strong plus.
- A proven zero-to-one builder - you've stood up a marketing motion from scratch, not just operated an established one.
- You've owned an enterprise event program (sponsorship through sourced pipeline) and can quantify the return.
- You've marketed to a technical/security buyer (CISO, IT) and ideally a second economic buyer (HR / benefits).
- Pipeline-literate and tactical: you think in MQL/SQL/opportunity terms, partner tightly with sales, and are hands-on with execution.
- Comfortable being the enterprise marketing function of one inside a small, consumer-heavy team.
- Fluent with AI tooling for drafting, research, and productivity.
- Bonus: documented a repeatable playbook others could run, or shipped enablement (battlecards, case studies, decks) credited by sales with helping close.
What do we like?
- Zero-to-one builder. Energized by a blank page; sets the strategy and also runs the booth and writes the follow-up.
- Data-first. Measures in sourced/influenced pipeline, partners with sales, won't hide behind activity metrics.
- On-brand under pressure. Carries Cloaked's voice into a security buying room rather than defaulting to FUD.
- Comfortable on a small team. Consumer-heavy, and the work is unglamorous as often as it's strategic.
- Bonus tooling: ABM platforms, PostHog / GA4 and a data warehouse for funnel and attribution, familiarity with the security-awareness / identity-protection competitive set, Figma / FigJam, and Customer.io for nurture/lifecycle. Existing relationships in the security or benefits buyer community
