What you get to do Persona development: Document the challenges, workflows, communities, and preferences of our initial target cohort. Continuously refine personas as we learn directly from users. Narrative and positioning: Craft and iterate the “why Cadonix” story for cloud-native ECAD. Develop messaging that speaks to early adopters who are frustrated with legacy, file-based, and version-control-heavy workflows. Early-adopter community building: Identify and cultivate product champions among initial users. Build a small, vocal community of design engineers who drive organic word-of-mouth, share their work, and pull in their peers. Content creation: Produce hands-on technical marketing content including blog posts, demo videos, walkthrough tutorials, social posts, one-pagers, and short-form clips that resonate with practicing engineers. Customer discovery and voice-of-customer: Run discovery calls, structured interviews, surveys, and feedback loops with prospects and active users. Synthesize insights into clear, actionable input for Product and Marketing. Launch and release marketing: Coordinate cross-functional launches
