Description
Alohi is an AI-first SaaS scale-up on a mission to simplify how businesses work. Our products (Sign.Plus http://Sign.Plus, Dial.Plus http://Dial.Plus, Fax.Plus http://Fax.Plus, and Scan.Plus http://Scan.Plus) serve 5M+ customers worldwide, from small businesses to global enterprises. We're building category-defining tools that people actually love to use. We started with seed support from FONGIT (Fondation Genevoise pour l'Innovation Technologique), backed by the State of Geneva. Since then, we've chosen to bootstrap our growth. This keeps us financially independent, customer-focused, and able to move fast without external constraints. We're a lean, fast-growing team based in Geneva with strong traction across global markets. This is an entrepreneurial environment where you'll have high ownership, broad responsibilities, and direct impact from day one. You'll work closely with leadership, helping shape decisions rather than just executing them. If you want to build something meaningful in a fast-paced, innovation-driven company, without the chaos of early-stage uncertainty or the bureaucracy of a large corporation, this is it. We are hiring a Product Marketing Manager to own everything that happens after a customer signs up. Millions of users discover our products every year; your job is to turn them into active, paying, and loyal customers. You'll own the post-signup funnel, from signup to activation and adoption, through to retention and expansion. That means activation flows, onboarding, feature adoption, churn reduction, upsell, and net revenue retention all sit with you, and you'll shape how trials and upgrades are communicated along the way. This role combines strategy with execution. You'll set the agenda for the post-signup funnel, spotting the opportunities and proposing the solutions, and then you'll roll up your sleeves and implement them yourself. We're a lean team, so the person who designs the plan is the person who ships it: building the campaigns, writing the copy, creating the materials, and seeing each initiative through to a measurable result. Alongside that, you'll tell the story of every release, equip our sales team to sell what we build, and help shape what we build next, bringing a sharp eye for design and detail to everything you ship. You'll work in close collaboration with both the marketing and sales teams. Marketing owns everything up to signup (awareness, traffic, and acquisition campaigns), and you own the journey from signup onwards, so the two functions need to move in lockstep. You'll partner with marketing on messaging, brand, and lifecycle communication, and with sales to make sure they can position and sell everything we build. This position is fully on-site at our Geneva office. RESPONSIBILITIES Post-Signup Funnel Ownership - Own signup to active user: activation flows, onboarding experience, and feature adoption across all four products. - Support conversion from active to paying user: shape the messaging around trials, upgrades, and plan value, working with Product on how these are presented. - Own retention and expansion: churn reduction, upsell initiatives, and net revenue retention. - Analyse funnel and usage data to identify where users drop off or stall, and turn insights into targeted initiatives. Strategy & Hands-On Execution - Set the strategy for the post-signup funnel, then build it: define priorities, design the initiatives, and implement them end to end. - Identify opportunities before anyone asks, and act on them: new adoption plays, growth experiments, and innovative features we could take to the press. - Develop deep industry knowledge: track competitors, market trends, and customer needs across e-signature, faxing, voice AI, and document workflows. - Feed market insight back into the roadmap; be a strong voice on what the next feature should be and why. - Propose and implement improvements to the website, from messaging and structure to how
