Description
What You Can Expect :
• Product Expertise & Alignment: Act as the Air Freight point of contact and subject matter expert for Marketing. Collaborate with Product, Go-to-Market, and regional teams to support alignment on product positioning, customer segmentation, and key messaging.
• Marketing Planning & Campaigns: Initiate and support the development and execution of omni-channel marketing plans and campaigns dependent on the air freight product strategy, contributing to product awareness, lead generation, retention and alignment with business priorities internally and externally (events, webinars etc.)
• Sales Enablement & Content Development: Initiate and support the creation and maintenance of sales materials, including product presentations, case studies, and campaign content. Contribute to internal knowledge sharing (eg. Training) and enablement initiatives.
• Product Launches & Portfolio Support: Initiate, plan and support the launch of new products and enhancements, including coordination of go-to-market activities and communication internally and externally. Contribute to continuous improvement of product offerings through feedback and insights.
• Communication & Stakeholder Coordination: Initiate, plan and support internal and external communication activities, including collaboration with Marketing on communication plans and coordination of product-related updates, events, and initiatives across teams.
What You Bring:
• Minimum of 5 years in Marketing or Product, ideally within logistics and a B2B environment.
• Understanding of air freight products and the freight forwarding industry’s dynamics is preferred.
• B2B marketing experience preferred.
• Ability to support the development and execution of marketing initiatives and campaigns.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong analytical skills to interpret data and support decision-making.
• Project coordination skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to manage differing perspectives, seniority levels and ensure alignment across cross-functional teams.
• Personal Attributes: Proactive, collaborative, resilient and able to work independently as well as within a team environment.
