Job Description:
Key Responsibilities
1. Product Marketing Strategy & Portfolio Management
• Develop and execute global marketing strategies and annual plans for assigned B2B and B2C product categories
• Manage the full product lifecycle: innovation, positioning, launch, growth, and optimisation
• Define value propositions, messaging, and differentiation strategies
2. B2B Marketing & Customer Engagement
• Lead B2B marketing programmes for customer acquisition, retention, and value creation
• Develop differentiated solutions and positioning for industrial and institutional customers
• Produce customer-facing assets (technical decks, application concepts, sales toolkits)
3. B2C / Consumer Product Marketing
• Drive brand and product campaigns across digital, retail, and channel platforms
• Ensure consistency in brand positioning, storytelling, and consumer engagement.
4. Cross-Business Unit Marketing Support
• Provide marketing support to NBPOL, Minamas, and other SD Guthrie business units
• Support market entry, product launches, and commercialisation aligned with group branding and sustainability narratives
5. Market Intelligence, Launch & Performance Management
• Lead market research, competitor analysis, and customer insight generation
• Execute go-to-market plans with R&D, sales, and operations
• Track KPIs such as revenue growth, margins, market share, campaign ROI, and customer engagement
Job Requirements
Education / Professional Qualification
• Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
• MBA or postgraduate qualification is an added advantage
Professional Experience
• Minimum 6–10 years in product marketing, category marketing, or related roles
• Proven exposure to both B2B and B2C marketing environments
• Preferred industry experience: FMCG, agribusiness, oleochemicals, or food ingredients
• Strong track record in product launches and portfolio management
