Your job is to make sure the market understands why it matters. We’re looking for a Product Marketing Manager who will sit shoulder-to-shoulder with Product, deeply understand what we’re building, why we’re building it, and how it solves our customers’ biggest problems—and then take that story to market. You’ll become an expert in our platform, our customers, and the rapidly evolving deepfake threat landscape. From product launches and messaging to sales enablement and customer stories, you’ll ensure every feature we ship is translated into clear, compelling narratives that help customers buy, adopt, and champion Reality Defender. This role is highly cross-functional and will partner daily with Product, Sales, Customer Success, and Marketing. WHAT YOU’LL DO - Become deeply embedded with our Product team, understanding our roadmap, customer problems, and the “why” behind every feature we build. - Own the go-to-market strategy for new products, features, and platform enhancements. - Develop clear, differentiated messaging and positioning that resonates with enterprise security teams, fraud leaders, and government organizations. - Translate complex AI and cybersecurity capabilities into compelling stories that customers can quickly understand and act on. - Create the sales enablement materials our commercial teams rely on every day, including pitch decks, battlecards, datasheets, FAQs, competitive positioning, and objection-handling resources. - Partner with Product and Customer Success to identify customer wins and develop case studies, solution briefs, and success stories. - Conduct market and competitive research to ensure our positioning remains differentiated as the AI security landscape evolves. - Work closely with Demand Generation to launch campaigns that drive awareness, pipeline, and product adoption. - Gather feedback from customers and the field to continuously refine messaging, positioning, and go-to-market strategy. - Measure the success of product launches and enablement initiatives, using insights to improve future launches. WHO YOU ARE - 5+ years of experience in Product Marketing within B2B SaaS, ideally in cybersecurity, AI, fraud prevention, or another highly technical industry. - You love working alongside Product Managers and engineers and enjoy learning the technical details behind what you’re marketing. - You’re an exceptional storyteller who can simplify complex technical concepts without oversimplifying them. - You know how to turn product capabilities into customer outcomes and business value. - You’ve built messaging, launched products, and created enablement content that helps sales teams win. - You’re naturally curious, ask thoughtful questions, and enjoy becoming th
