Description
Mission
Airspeed is changing how revenue teams work. Our AI Revenue Orchestration Platform doesn't just analyze conversations — it acts on them. By turning every customer interaction into insight and action, Airspeed Agents help teams close gaps, move faster, and focus on what matters most: selling.
With 100+ SaaS customers and 90%+ adoption among reps, Airspeed is setting a new standard for execution at scale.
We're hiring a Product Marketing Manager to own the foundational messaging and positioning that drives Airspeed's product innovations and go-to-market strategy. You'll translate complex AI, agents, and workflows into clear narratives tied to revenue outcomes — and build the systems, launches, and enablement that help teams sell and customers succeed. This role is built for a high-performance operator who thrives in a lean startup environment and takes full ownership of results.
What You'll Own
- Build clear, opinionated messaging that helps everyone at Airspeed talk about our platform consistently — and continuously evolve it as we expand into a multi-product, agent-driven platform.
- Partner with Product to identify high-impact use cases, prioritize what we bring to market, and ensure features are packaged and positioned in ways that resonate with buyers.
- Turn product releases into compelling market moments — package features into outcomes and use cases people actually care about, and build repeatable launch frameworks as we scale.
- Develop detailed buyer personas across CRO, VP Sales, RevOps, and Enablement audiences; build messaging that aligns with how these buyers think, evaluate, and buy.
- Create sales narratives, talk tracks, and enablement assets that help reps communicate value clearly and confidently sell an AI-native, agent-driven platform.
- Build programs and materials that help customers adopt new use cases and Airspeed Agents — turning product capabilities into clear expansion paths tied to measurable outcomes.
- Develop compelling case studies, success stories, and proof points that turn real customer workflows into scalable content and sales assets.
- Own product storytelling across LinkedIn, website, campaigns, and sales channels — with as much focus on distribution as creation.
- Leverage AI tools (including Airspeed) to scale content, workflows, and experimentation; continuously test new ways to increase output and effectiveness.
- Act as the connective layer between Product and GTM — aligning Product, Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success around a shared narrative and ensuring clarity on what we're launching and why it matters.
Qualifications
- 2+ years of product marketing experience at high-growth B2B SaaS companies.
- Strong background partnering with Product, Marketing, and Sales on GTM execution.
- Revenue-focused mindset with a solid understanding of buying journeys, sales processes, and expansion motions.
- Proven ability to create compelling content and narratives that drive engagement and demand.
- Strong storytelling instincts — able to simplify complex AI concepts into clear, outcome-driven messaging.
- Experience with content distribution, campaigns, and experimentation across channels.
- Exceptional communication skills across written, verbal, and visual formats.
- A bias for action: creative, first-principles thinker who thrives in fast-paced, ambiguous environments.
- Comfortable giving and receiving feedback and working closely across Sales, Product, and Engineering.
Bonus Points
- Experience at an early-stage startup or in a GTM ecosystem or Product Management role.
- Familiarity with sales tech, RevOps, or conversational intelligence platforms.
- A passion for AI-native products and agent-driven workflows.
What We Value
- Customer obsession and a relentless focus on measurable impact.
- Team players who raise the bar and help scale processes and best practices.
- Creative problem-solvers who can tur
