Responsibilities As a Product Manager for Unified Endpoint Management (UEM) within TeamViewer ONE, you will own a strategic product area that helps IT teams manage, secure, automate, and maintain endpoints at scale. You will define and execute the roadmap for modern endpoint management capabilities including device enrollment, policy management, software deployment, patch management, compliance monitoring, automation, and integrations with broader enterprise IT ecosystems. Working closely with engineering, UX, product marketing, customer success, and key enterprise customers, you will shape the future of TeamViewer ONE's endpoint management offering and help organizations simplify IT operations while improving security, employee productivity, and operational efficiency. The role is based in India and collaborates with globally distributed teams across Product, Engineering, Go-To-Market, and Customer Success. Product Strategy & Vision Own the vision, strategy, and roadmap for Unified Endpoint Management within TeamViewer ONE. Drive product investments that strengthen TeamViewer's position in modern endpoint management and digital workplace management. Analyze market trends, competitive offerings, customer needs, and usage data to identify growth opportunities. Customer Discovery Engage regularly with enterprise IT administrators, endpoint management teams, MSPs, and security stakeholders. Develop deep customer understanding through interviews, usability studies, advisory sessions, and feedback analysis. Translate customer problems into product opportunities, clear requirements, and measurable outcomes. Product Delivery Define and prioritize capabilities across device lifecycle management, endpoint onboarding, patching, software deployment, policy, compliance, inventory, and remediation. Lead product development from discovery through launch, enablement, adoption, and continuous improvement. Maintain high standards for product quality, usability, reliability, security, and operational readiness. Cross-Functional Leadership Partner closely with Engineering, UX, Architecture, Product Marketing, Sales, Customer Success, Support, and regional teams. Create alignment across globally distributed teams and communicate product direction clearly to technical and business audiences. Support go-to-market readiness with positioning, launch materials, customer narratives, and internal enablement. Data-Informed Product Management Define success metrics for adoption, engagement, retention, operational efficiency, and customer value. Use telemetry, dashboards, customer feedback, and commercial input to guide prioritization and iteration Requirements Must Have 5+ years of Product Management experience in B2B SaaS or enterprise software. Experience with endpoint management, device management, IT operations, IT administration, cybersecurity, or enterprise infrastructure products. Strong understanding of modern endpoint management concepts including Windows management, macOS management, mobile device management, endpoint compliance, patch management, software distribution, and asset management.
