Scopely is looking for a Product Manager to join the Star Trek™ Fleet Command team in Bangalore on a hybrid basis.

Star Trek Fleet Command's ongoing success goes from strength to strength. Our in-house developed 4X MMO was launched in 2018 and continues to evolve, being consistently one of the top 10 gross revenue Massive Multiplayer Strategy games on the market.
What You Will Do
As a Product Manager on the Star Trek Fleet Command team, you will help drive key initiatives that support player engagement and monetization. Working alongside Product, Design, Economy, Marketing, and Analytics teams, you'll support the planning, execution, and optimization of in-game events, features, and offers that improve player experience and business performance.
Support the planning and execution of the live content calendar, including events and offers
Analyze player behavior and game data to identify trends and opportunities for growth
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver engaging content that meets both player needs and business goals
Work closely with economy and game design to ensure progression systems remain balanced and rewarding
Monitor performance of features and events, and recommend improvements based on data and player feedback
Assist in developing product documentation, roadmaps, and KPIs for key initiatives
Contribute to competitive analysis and help build business cases for new content and features
Support testing and experimentation efforts to validate product hypotheses
What We're Looking For
Experience in product management, ideally within free-to-play mobile games or live service games
Strong analytical skills and comfort working with data to inform decisions
Understanding of core F2P mechanics, player retention strategies, and monetization best practices
Collaborative mindset and ability to work across multiple teams and disciplines
Excellent communication and organizational skills
A passion for games and player-centric thinking
Bonus Points
Experience with live operations or event management in a mobile game
Familiarity with game economy design or behavioral segmentation
Exposure to CRM tools or player personalization systems
Knowledge of the Star Trek universe or sci-fi genre games
Work Schedule
This role follows a non-standard working schedule to support close collaboration with a U.S.-based team. The position requires a regular daily overlap from 9:30 PM to 11:30 PM IST to align with the Los Angeles team (this overlap is a fixed requirement). During the initial ramp-up period, new hires are also expected to be available for collaboration during daytime hours, approximately between 10:30 AM and 4:30 PM IST, with some flexibility. Candidates should be comfortable working a split schedule during the ramp-up phase, with at least two hours of guaranteed overlap with the U.S. team.
