Description
Location: Remote | LATAM Employment Type: Full-Time ABOUT THE COMPANY Every student deserves more than guesswork when planning their future. We help students—and the institutions that support them- use data to understand outcomes and make informed, long-term decisions with confidence. We’re hiring a Product Manager to own a student-facing digital career platform. In this role, you’ll shape how students explore careers, understand potential outcomes, and make informed decisions about their futures. You’ll work closely with Engineering, Design, and Partner Success to deliver features that students love and institutions can rely on. If you thrive on turning ambiguity into clarity, enjoy working closely with users, and are energized by building AI-native product workflows, this role is designed for you. RESPONSIBILITIES - Own and manage the product backlog. Prioritize, sequence, and make informed decisions about what ships, when, and why. - Scope new and enhanced product features, including customization options and internal tools used to manage customer tenants. - Define acceptance criteria, launch readiness requirements, and success metrics for every feature you ship. - Collaborate with designers and engineers to make product, design, and UX decisions. Design is a joint effort on this team, not a handoff. - Triage bugs and determine what needs to be addressed immediately versus what can be prioritized for later. - Coordinate engineering, design, and data dependencies to ensure successful delivery. - Communicate roadmap progress, product updates, and feature releases to internal stakeholders on a regular cadence. - Ensure product features meet accessibility standards and maintain an accurate, up-to-date feature inventory as new work is released. - Lead discovery and user research ahead of new features, using AI-assisted prototyping and mockups to gather customer feedback before significant engineering investment. - Partner with the Partner Success team to ensure customer-facing documentation is prepared for every release. - Contribute to the broader product roadmap and engineering capacity planning. You’ll have meaningful input into these decisions, while final roadmap ownership remains with product leadership. TEAM & REPORTING You’ll report to the Senior Product Manager and work closely with the Engineering Manager, Product Designer, and Partner Success team. We’re a tight-knit, collaborative team where Product, Engineering, and Design work together closely every day to solve meaningful customer problems and deliver impactful experiences. REQUIRED SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS - 3–5 years of Product Management experience, ideally working on customer-facing SaaS products in agile environments. - Demonstrated fluency with AI tools in your day-to-day work. You actively use tools such as Claude, ChatGPT, Cursor, or similar technologies to work more efficiently, improve decision-making, and accelerate product development. - Experience owning a product area or surface end-to-end, from discovery and scoping through launch, measurement, and iteration. - Strong judgment and the ability to make trade-off decisions with incomplete information while clearly communicating your rationale. - Proven ability to collaborate effectively with designers and engineers. You view product design and UX as a shared responsibility. - Excellent written communication skills, with the ability to move comfortably between customer-facing documentation, internal roadmap updates, and executive-level summaries. - Self-directed, adaptable, and able to manage competing priorities independently. - Customer-focused and grounded, with the ability to build trust quickly and move work forward with a collaborative, low-drama approach. PREFERRED SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS - Experience building student-facing, consumer, or education-focused products. - Knowledge of accessibility standards, including
