[What you will be working on]
As a Product Manager, you will be responsible for the end-to-end lifecycle of one or more digital products, shaping and delivering solutions that drive meaningful outcomes for the agency and its stakeholders.
You will define and manage product strategy and roadmaps aligned with organisational goals, working closely with cross-functional teams in engineering, design, and operations to deliver high-quality, user-centric products. Through research, user insights, and data analysis, you will identify opportunities, conceptualise features, and ensure successful and timely delivery of product releases. You will also define success metrics, monitor product performance, and continuously optimise features to maximise adoption and value.
Define and drive product strategy and roadmap Manage the product lifecycle end-to-end—from discovery and ideation to delivery and continuous improvement—ensuring alignment to organisational goals and user needs.
Lead product discovery and innovation Conduct market research, user analysis, and trend assessments to identify opportunities, validate problem statements, and conceptualise impactful products and features.
Own product outcomes and delivery Define clear success metrics, prioritise initiatives, and drive execution to deliver measurable impact and value.
Translate business and policy needs into product solutions Scope requirements, develop user stories, and operationalise complex policy or business intent into scalable digital products.
Drive cross-functional collaboration and execution Partner closely with engineering, design, product operations, and stakeholders to deliver high-quality products within budget and timelines.
Shape user-centric product experiences Work with UX teams to design intuitive user journeys, ensuring coherent content, voice, and end-to-end experience.
Manage and prioritise the product backlog Balance competing demands, make trade-offs, and ensure focus on highest-value features aligned with user and organisational outcomes.
Adopt data-driven decision making Leverage data, user insights, and experimentation to inform prioritisation, monitor performance, and continuously improve products.
Drive go-to-market and product adoption strategies Execute launch, adoption, and engagement plans to maximise product uptake and deliver strong value propositions to users and ecosystem partners.
Navigate complex stakeholder environments Align across agencies, leadership, and partners, managing competing priorities while driving consensus and delivery.
