As a Product Manager in the Payments domain, you will play a critical role in building and enhancing seamless, reliable, and scalable payment experiences across Axi’s global platform. You will work on integrating payment providers, improving transaction flows, and ensuring operational efficiency while collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver high-impact solutions. Your EDGE Assignment/You Will Own and drive the product roadmap for Payments, focusing on integrations, transaction flows, and payment experience optimization Work closely with engineering, operations, and external providers to deliver integrated payment solutions (not limited to but including APIs and service integrations) Define clear product requirements, manage backlogs, and ensure smooth execution from discovery to delivery Collaborate with stakeholders across Product, Engineering, Operations, and Compliance to deliver scalable solutions Leverage data, user behavior, and operational insights to improve payment success rates and user experience Drive problem-solving and decision-making for payment-related challenges, ensuring reliability and efficiency Ensure systems align with regulatory, compliance, and operational requirements where applicable Contribute to automation initiatives and process improvements within the payment ecosystem Are you the one? 5+ years of experience in Product Management, preferably in fintech, payments, or platform-based environments Strong understanding of payment systems, integrations, and operational workflows (no need for deep hardcore payments expertise) Experience working with APIs, integrations, and technical teams with solid PM-to-SM level technical understanding Exposure to AI/Automation-driven workflows or process optimization is a strong plus Proven ability to drive execution, manage complex problem-solving, and make data-driven decisions Strong product sense with experience delivering scalable, user-focused solutions Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills in cross-functional environments Ability to operate in a fast-paced, global setup with ownership and accountability Axi's bag of delights Competitive and attractive compensation.
