Role Summary The Product Owner will report to the Group Head of Cannabis and  is responsible for defining, prioritizing, and driving the development of Greentank's THC product portfolio. Acting as the business owner for assigned product categories, this role is accountable for identifying market opportunities, translating customer and business needs into product requirements, and ensuring product investments deliver commercial value and strategic growth. Working at the intersection of commercial strategy and product development, the Product Owner leads the product vision and roadmap from concept through commercialization. This role collaborates closely with Commercial, Engineering, Quality, Scientific, Supply Chain, and Project Management teams to align development priorities with customer needs, market trends, and business objectives. Role Responsibilities Product Ownership and Product Direction Own the product roadmap and prioritization for designated THC categories, ensuring alignment with customer needs, business objectives, and portfolio priorities. Identify product opportunities via market research, customer insights, and ROI assessment. Establish product requirements and positioning aligned with customer needs and corporate strategy. Prioritize product opportunities and development activities based on customer value, commercial potential, technical feasibility, and strategic alignment. Define product success criteria , target customers, and commercial justification for development initiatives. Provide recommendations for project acceleration, pivots, or terminations based on technical and commercial evidence. Oversee portfolio performance and identify necessary corrective actions. Product Ownership and Commercial Accountability Own product performance throughout the lifecycle, from concept through post-launch evaluation. Define and maintain success criteria, market positioning, and value propositions for assigned categories. Monitor product performance and customer adoption metrics and drive corrective actions where required. Use customer, market, and operational feedback to guide future roadmap decisions. Balance customer value, technical feasibility, and commercial objectives when making product decisions. Act as the primary decision-maker for product scope, prioritization, and trade-offs.
