Description
For an international premium menswear brand, we’re looking for a Product Manager Knitwear who understands that luxury is built in the details. This is not a role where you’ll sit in endless meetings talking about “operational excellence.” You’ll work directly with ateliers, suppliers, technical teams, and production partners to make sure high-end knitwear collections are delivered at the quality level customers expect, and on time. You’ll be at the center of the production process: solving challenges, improving workflows, managing quality, and ensuring every product leaving the atelier reflects true craftsmanship. What you’ll actually be doing You’ll oversee the day-to-day production flow across multiple ateliers and production partners. That means balancing quality, lead times, capacity, and costs, without losing sight of craftsmanship. Some days you’ll be solving production bottlenecks or discussing finishing details with suppliers. Other days you’ll work closely with Product Development or Logistics to improve processes and launch new product categories. You’ll play an important role in keeping production running smoothly while helping the organization continue to grow internationally. Your responsibilities Production & Atelier Management Coordinate production processes across multiple ateliers; Monitor planning, delivery timelines, and production quality; Solve operational challenges before they become bigger issues; Improve workflows around logistics, stock, and production planning; Maintain close relationships with suppliers and production partners. Quality & Craftsmanship Safeguard premium quality standards across all collections; Ensure correct implementation of fabrics, trims, and technical specifications; Work closely with technical teams to solve product or production issues; Continuously look for ways to improve consistency and workmanship. Cost & Performance Monitor production costs and support margin management; Analyze production performance and identify improvement opportunities; Track KPIs related to delivery, stock, and quality performance; Support performance reviews with production partners. Product Development & Innovation Support the launch of new product developments within production; Contribute to onboarding new ateliers and suppliers; Help optimize production processes as the organization continues to scale. Sustainability & Compliance Ensure suppliers comply with CSR standards and audit requirements; Support responsible sourcing and production practices; Help maintain long-term, sustainable supplier relationships. What kind of person fits this role? You understand both product and production. You’re detail-oriented, hands-on, and comfortable managing multiple stakeholders in a fast-moving environment. You probably already have experience within premium fashion, luxury production, or high-end menswear, and you know that quality is never accidental. We’re looking for someone who: Has 5–10 years of experience in product or production management; Understands premium menswear construction and materials; Can manage multiple production partners simultaneously; Is commercially aware without compromising on quality; Communicates easily with suppliers, ateliers, and internal teams; Enjoys solving operational challenges; Speaks fluent English; Is open to international travel. Why this role stands out You’ll join an international environment where craftsmanship, product quality, and long-term partnerships still matter. This role offers a combination of operations, product, quality, and supplier management within a premium menswear setting, with direct impact on the final product customers receive. You won’t be managing production from a distance. You’ll be closely in
