職務說明 : 此職務人選將負責研華軌道車載 (Rolling Stock) 智慧運算平台的完整生命週期開發與維護。工作範疇涵蓋市場趨勢與需求收集、新產品開案 (Concept to Kick-off)、新產品導入 (NPI) 直至生命週期中後期的維護，並需依據全球市場端、分公司與客戶的回饋，主導下一代新產品的探討與定義。 我們希望尋找對智慧交通 (ITS) 與軌道運輸產業具有高度熱情與強大執行力的人才。您將與全球軌道產業的生態系夥伴 (Eco-partners) 緊密合作，共同打造兼具前瞻性與高穩定性的整合解決方案，協助驅動全球鐵路數位化轉型的硬體銷售。 主要工作內容 : 1. 產品全生命週期管理:負責從市場端需求收集、產品開案定義、軟硬體架構評估、NPI（新產品導入）流程落實，到產品停產 (EOL) 的完整規劃。 2. 商務與技術專案攻防 : 負責商業 RFQ/RFP 的技術評估與回覆。即時支援全球分公司與區域銷售團隊，解決客戶技術疑問，協助贏得全球軌道交通指標專案。 3. 市場行銷與推廣素材整備 : 規劃並產出具備市場競爭力的產品行銷工具包（包含：Sales Kit、PR 新聞稿、Datasheet 規格書、User manual 使用手冊、Website 產品網頁與應用案例分享）。 4. 生態系合作與產業深耕 : 與軌道交通關鍵零組件夥伴、系統整合商 (SI) 及軟體生態系夥伴緊密對接，建立標準化硬體解決方案，加速市場滲透與新一代科技產品的佈建。 5. 跨產品跨區域溝通協調，解決行銷/產品/應用/資源問題 必要條件: 1. 學歷背景: 工程相關科系畢業 2. 工作經驗: 5年以上PM相關經驗（具備 NPI 與完整產品生命週期管理經驗者佳） 3. 語言能力:英文能力TOEIC 800分以上，能獨立與海外分公司、國際客戶及跨國產業夥伴進行技術與商務溝通 4. 核心特質: 具備優異的獨立思考與邏輯分析能力、強烈的主動解決問題意願、快速自我學習新技術之能力及法規的研讀能力。 5. 積極主動、具備高度的跨團隊溝通協調能力與跨文化協作彈性、抗壓性高。 加分條件 : 1. 熟悉 EN 50155的產品設計邏輯及法規符合性。 2. 具備鐵道或交通相關產業或市場經驗或產品規劃經驗者尤佳。 3. 對於x86系統架構或硬體block diagram產品設計實務經驗。 Can’t find a suitable opening?
