We are a fully-remote organisation with more than 100 team members spread across 20+ countries. Remote working means no office, no painful commuting, and no stressful traffic - all you need is yourself, a laptop, and a cup of coffee! A diverse and inclusive organisation, we support a healthy work/life balance and are constantly looking for new ways to help the well-being of our people. We support a flexible schedule and are 100% performance and result-oriented. At Openprovider, we're not just a company; we're a mission-driven team dedicated to transforming the domain industry. We believe in providing a trusted digital identity to every business. Our innovative approach is reshaping the industry from a traditional transactional model to a more customer-centric, subscription-based approach. We pay subscriptions for music, newspapers, and movies - why should domains be any different? Come join us on our journey to create a trusted digital world. As a Product Team Lead for Domains & DNS, you will own Openprovider's most commercially critical portfolio and lead a small team of 3–5 Product Managers. You translate strategy into operational execution, manage registry relationships and compliance, and build a high-performing, AI-enabled team that ships measurable commercial and customer impact. Domains & DNS Strategy and Roadmap Own the multi-year vision and roadmap for the Domains and DNS portfolio, aligned with company commercial goals. You publish quarterly priorities, ensure full coverage across gTLDs, ccTLDs and DNS products, and get the annual roadmap signed off by the Director of Product. Team Leadership & Process Management Lead a team of 3-5 PMs covering Domain Operations, ccTLDs and DNS. You run structured performance and development cycles, maintain scorecard coverage and quarterly reviews, and build psychological safety and engagement within the team. Commercial & Portfolio Management Drive pricing, promotions, gTLD/ccTLD accreditations and bundling to grow revenue and margin. You own the promotion calendar, pursue new TLD geographies, and set the conditions for measurable growth in domains per customer and average revenue per account. Registry & Compliance Operations Ensure registry liaison, EPP changes, ICANN policy compliance and audits are managed without disruption. You own the Registry-Liaison mailbox SLAs and ensure EPP/code-breaking changes are delivered ahead of registry deadlines, with zero material policy incidents. Delivery & Developer Experience Partner closely with Engineering to maintain a healthy, prioritised backlog and improve the API/RCP experience for resellers. You track delivery against strategic milestones and drive a sustained reduction in product-related inbound support. Domain Expertise Deep understanding of the gTLD/ccTLD ecosystem, ICANN policies and registry economics Working knowledge of DNS architecture, EPP protocol, registry agreements and domain lifecycle management Experience managing registry relationships and navigating compliance obligations Product Leadership Proven ability to translate strategy into operational roadmaps in a technical product environment Experience leading and coaching a team of Product Managers in an Agile/EOS environment Strong commercial acumen: you understand pricing levers, margin dynamics and portfolio trade-offs Delivery & Collaboration Skilled backlog owner who works shoulder-to-shoulder with Engineering on sprint planning and grooming Comfortable owning developer-facing products and improving API/partner experience Organised, transparent planner who communicates milestones clearly across teams Mindset & Culture Fit AI-literate: you embed AI tools naturally across documentation, analysis, registry comms and discovery Coaching mindset: you develop
