We are entering our next phase of growth and are strengthening our product organization to ensure our products create even greater value for customers and deliver stronger commercial impact. To support this journey, we are looking for a new Product Manager, Commercial to join our team and drive the commercial success of a portfolio of products through packaging, pricing, positioning, and go-to-market initiatives . Product Manager, Commercial As a Product Manager, Commercial , you will play a critical role in connecting product strategy with commercial execution. You will own the commercial success of your area, ensuring that the offering is positioned, priced, and launched in a way that maximizes customer value and business growth. You will be part of a Commercial Product Management team , working closely with other Product Managers, Commercial Product Managers, Designers and stakeholders across Product, Sales, Customer Success, and Marketing to drive customer value and business growth. This role requires a commercially minded product professional who is equally comfortable working with data, customers, and stakeholders. You enjoy translating insights into action, influencing decisions across teams, and driving measurable business outcomes . What you'll do You will play a central role in shaping how your area creates commercial value. In practice, your work will include analyzing commercial performance, identifying growth opportunities, strengthening customer value, and turning customer and market insights into concrete actions . You will work closely with Product Managers to ensure new products and features are valuable for customers and commercially successful. Together with Marketing, you will lead go-to-market activities and commercial launches , helping to understand, position, and communicate our value proposition effectively. You will also monitor market developments, competitor activity, and customer behavior to identify opportunities for growth and differentiation. Based on these insights, you will continuously update the roadmap for your area to support customer value and commercial growth. What will help you succeed in this role To succeed in this role, you have a strong commercial mindset and customer value-driven way of thinking . You understand how SaaS businesses grow and what drives performance across metrics such as NRR, ARPC, win rate, cross-sell conversion, and revenue growth . You have experience in packaging, commercial growth, and go-to-market planning within B2B SaaS, working closely with Marketing and other commercial teams. You can translate customer needs, market insight, and business priorities into clear plans that support the commercial success of your area. You will be successful in this role if you have a solid product management foundation , including relevant methods, tools, and ways of working. You know how to bring structure to ambiguous topics, turn business and customer needs into clear priorities, and create plans that others can easily understand and act on. You work in a clear and systematic way and are able to share practical methods and structures with your team. In this role, you will benefit from experience in: B2B SaaS packaging , commercial strategy, and go-to-market planning. Commercial growth initiatives with measurable business impact.
