Description
Own and drive the full product lifecycle – from contracting and pricing to portfolio and performance steering – while turning data, market insights, and cross-functional collaboration into compelling, bookable holiday experiences. • You manage your hotel product portfolio end-to-end, from negotiating hotel agreements to creating compelling holiday packages. • You optimize commercial conditions, support pricing, and ensure offers are competitive, bookable, and attractive. • By analyzing market trends, performance, and customer demand, you identify growth opportunities and shape strategic decisions. • Working closely with Yield/Revenue, Sales, Marketing, Customer Service, and IT, you bring great products to market, improve processes, and drive cross-functional projects. • As the key link between hotel partners and internal teams, you help position, promote, and continuously develop our portfolio. Ihr Profil: • Experience in Product Management, Hotel Contracting, Purchasing, Revenue Management, or comparable roles within the travel industry • Understanding how tour operators, hotel providers, bedbanks, or hotel chains work • Degree in Tourism, Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or similar • Comfortable working with numbers, data, and performance analyses • Experience with pricing, reporting, and commercial decision-making • Fluent in German and English • Familiar with booking systems, product management tools, Excel, and business intelligence solutions • You work independently, in a structured manner, and take ownership of your topics • You enjoy identifying opportunities, solving problems, and driving continuous improvement • You are a team player who enjoys collaborating across departments and cultures
