Job Summary
PatientPoint is a leading digital health company transforming the patient experience at the point of care. We are building a product-led organization to scale AdTech—one of the highest-impact, fastest-growing areas of our business . This role will play a key part in evolving our advertising platform across our DOOH point - ‑ of - ‑ care network.
This is an individual contributor Product Manager role, owning a defined product area within our AdTech platform.
Our platform powers a significant revenue stream that spans multiple interconnected systems. This role focuses on evolving that platform by identifying inefficiencies, clarifying workflows, and driving measurable outcomes.
You will thrive in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities, applying strong product judgment to prioritize the highest-impact initiatives and collaborate across teams.
Key Responsibilities
Own a defined product area
Contribute and prioritize a product roadmap aligned with business goals and outcomes
Translate business, operational, and technical needs into clear product requirements
Manage tradeoffs and ensure alignment with broader product and company priorities
Improve workflows and systems
Develop a deep understanding of campaign workflows, pricing, delivery, and programmatic demand
Identify inefficiencies, manual processes, and areas for improvement
Drive measurable improvements to efficiency, scalability, and reliability within your product area
Contribute to product discovery
Partner with stakeholders across AdOps, Sales, Engineering, Analytics and Data to clarify problem spaces
Translate inputs into well-defined opportunities, hypotheses, and priorities
Balance stakeholder input with product judgment and data
Drive outcomes through data
Define and monitor success metrics for your product area
Use data and experimentation to guide decisions and iteration
Continuously improve performance based on insights
Collaborate cross-functionally
Align product plans across technical, operational, and commercial teams
Communicate priorities, tradeoffs, and outcomes clearly
Support coordinated execution across teams
What We Need
3+ years of Product Management experience
Experience working on platforms, systems, or workflow-heavy products.
Demonstrated ability to:
Translate business and operational needs into product priorities
Work cross-functionally to deliver outcomes
Define and track product metrics
Strong communication skills, with the ability to simplify complex topics
Experience using data to inform product decisions and prioritization
Desired Qualifications
Experience improving or optimizing existing systems, tools, or workflows
