Description
Activate Interactive Pte Ltd (“Activate”) is a leading technology consultancy headquartered in Singapore with a presence in Malaysia and Indonesia. Our clients are empowered with quality, cost-effective, and impactful end-to-end application development, like mobile and web applications, and cloud technology that remove technology roadblocks and increase their business efficiency. We believe in positively impacting the lives of people around us and the environment we live in through the use of technology. Hence, we are committed to providing a conducive environment for all employees to realize their full potential, who in turn have the opportunity to continuously drive innovation. We are searching for our next team members to join our growing team. If you love the idea of being part of a growing company with exciting prospects in mobile and web technologies that create positive impact on people’s lives, then we would love to hear from you. What will you do? The team managing HCIS, RPG-ECRM, and ESMS is looking for someone to own the operational backbone that keeps these three enterprise systems running reliably and compliantly. This is product management and product operations role. We are looking for someone to own the operational health of these systems while growing into a product management role over time. What you'll own? These three systems run in a demanding environment: security patches need to land on time, production issues need to be resolved quickly, compliance reviews happen on fixed cycles, and vendors need to be held accountable. At the same time, there is a product layer that needs attention — a backlog that reflects real user pain, a roadmap that needs to move, and stakeholders who need to be kept in the loop. Your job is to keep the operations tight while building the product muscle alongside the Senior Product Manager. You are expected to: Own the end-to-end security patch and vulnerability management cycle across all three systems, tracking patch expiry timelines, coordinating with vendors, and ensuring nothing slips past the weekly OSVA and host config review schedules. Manage production support across HCIS, RPG-ECRM, and ESMS — triaging tickets, driving resolution, maintaining tracking records, and escalating high-impact issues appropriately. Execute the full compliance review calendar, covering monthly GCC tenant reviews, SHIP/HATS user reviews, application privilege account reviews, and yearly risk register, script, and role access reviews, among others. Manage vendor relationships on security and technical matters — facilitating discussions, negotiating timelines, reviewing CVs for proposed resources, and ensuring all commitments are tracked through to resolution. Handle contract and resource tracking under the MCAM and Consolidated SSL contracts, including certificate renewals, utilization records, and inventory management. Support the Senior Product Manager on product management activities: grooming the backlog, tracking roadmap milestones, coordinating UAT, and preparing release notes and stakeholder communications. You do this by: Running structured, disciplined operations across a complex multi-system environment. Maintain accurate records, flag risks early, and keep the Senior Product Manager informed without needing to be chased. Organize and facilitate monthly meetings, ensure action items are followed through, and hold vendors accountable to their commitments. On the product side, you translate what you see in support tickets and stakeholder interactions into clear, actionable inputs for the backlog, and you help the team stay on top of delivery milestones. Requirements We are looking for a proactive and organized IT professional who takes ownership of their responsibilities and communicates issues clearly and promptly. 3 to 6 years of experience in IT operations, systems management, or a related field. Years of experie
