Permanent Our client is looking for a hands-on Product Manager to help manage and improve a portfolio of products and services within a regulated financial services environment. You will work closely with product, operations, compliance, technical, marketing and customer-facing teams to monitor product performance, deliver good customer outcomes and support continuous improvement across the product lifecycle. Key responsibilities • Manage a range of products and services, ensuring they continue to deliver value, growth and good customer outcomes. • Monitor product performance using data, insight and customer feedback, identifying opportunities for improvement and areas of risk. • Lead competitor and market research to inform product priorities and future enhancements. • Act as a product subject matter expert, supporting product owners, delivery teams and business readiness activity. • Support product governance, including reporting on customer outcomes, product performance, target market, value and risk. • Work with technical, compliance and legal teams to ensure products, literature and customer communications remain accurate and aligned with regulatory requirements. • Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders and provide third-line product support to sales, operations and customer teams. About you • Experience in product management within financial services, ideally with platform or discretionary management products. • Strong understanding of product governance, regulation, customer outcomes and product lifecycle management. • Confident using data and insight to assess performance, identify trends and make recommendations. • Excellent stakeholder management skills, with the ability to work across product, operations, compliance, technical, marketing and customer teams. • Strong communication and presentation skills, including the ability to explain complex topics clearly to varied audiences. • Organised and delivery-focused, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines. • A relevant degree or qualification in business, finance, marketing or product development would be beneficial.
