At Accelleron, we foster diversity and inclusion, welcoming and celebrating individual differences as a source of strength.   Product Life Cycle Manager (m/f/d) (80\-100%)   The Product Life Cycle Manager (m/f/d) acts as central coordinator for all Service life cycle activities. You drive continuous portfolio optimization based on customer needs, business strategy, and operational excellence. You are responsible for the successful execution and monitoring of the product life cycle management system and the associated processes.   Your responsibilities:   Take ownership for execution of following key processes along the product life cycle phases with corresponding analysis:   ?Service Readiness Process (Support the ramp\-up and integration of newly developed turbochargers into the Service portfolio).   Portfolio Transfer from New Business to Service Business (Holistic service responsibility across all material levels like raw\-/semi\-finished \& finished products).   Legacy \& Phase\-Out Process (Manage the reduction of demand and activities leading to the discontinuation of service availability).   Ensure continuous improvement of LCM processes and governance, develop KPIs and dashboards for portfolio performance \& drive automation of life cycle management activities   Coordinate cross\-functional teams to execute life cycle initiatives, facilitate governance meetings and decision\-making processes   Proactively drive communication of product life cycle information (e.g. product launch, discontinuation) towards all internal \& external stakeholders   Contribute to the Service business strategy by acceleration, coordination and realization of new product\-specific initiatives (e.g. global NPP spare part set\-up, reactivation of phased out TCs)   Ensure that the master data in the BU portfolio, SAP and other related systems is up to date and reflects the latest LCM decisions   Represent Service Business in cross\-divisional portfolio alignments (e.g. PMS, product portfolio reviews)   Your background:   \>5 years of experience in Product Life Cycle or Portfolio Management, Strategic planning, After Sales, Service Engineering in the role of Portfolio or Life Cylce Manager (or similar) within mechanical engineering industry   Sound knowledge of manufacturing processes, service operations, and industrial supply chains within the aftermarket business   Experience in managing complex product portfolios and installed equipment   Proven experience leading cross\-functional projects and managing stakeholders on different hierarchy levels   Proactive, self\-driven, and accountable \- you identify opportunities, take ownership, and deliver measurable improvements   Advanced knowledge in SAP ECC MDM \& MM (S/4 HANA is a plus), Microsoft Office 365 and PowerBI required   Bachelor's or Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Business Engineering   Fluent in English \& German   Your benef
