Join us to advance our mission and shape your future with us today!     Learn more about GovTech at tech.gov.sg.    [About the Role] We are looking for a Forward-Deployed Product Lead (Senior Product Manager/Lead Product Manager) to be embedded within the Land Transport Authority (LTA) to drive the modernisation of enforcement systems under the Enforcement 2.0 (ENF2.0) track. This is a hands-on leadership role where you will work at the intersection of policy, operations, and technology, leading cross-functional teams to reimagine and rebuild mission-critical enforcement workflows into modern, scalable digital products. What is Enforcement 2.0 (ENF2.0) ENF2.0 is LTA’s next-generation enforcement transformation initiative. It aims to: Modernise legacy enforcement systems and workflows Enable end-to-end digital enforcement journeys Improve operational efficiency and decision-making for enforcement officers Integrate data across systems to support smarter, more proactive enforcement Build modular, scalable platforms that can evolve with policy and operational needs This includes areas such as: Case management for enforcement officers Workflow automation and rule engines Data-driven insights and analytics for enforcement actions The programme adopts a product-led, agile, and discovery-first approach , moving away from traditional system delivery. [What you will be working on]   Strategic Leadership Define and drive the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for ENF2.0 Align product direction with LTA’s operational priorities and Whole-of-Government (WOG) digital transformation goals Translate policy and operational needs into clear product outcomes and measurable impact Drive prioritisation based on user value, impact, and feasibility  Product Development Leadership Lead and be accountable for end-to-end product delivery across discovery and development Build and lead multi-disciplinary product squads (PM, engineers, designers, data) Make strategic decisions on build vs buy, architecture, and resource allocation Ensure strong execution across iterations, with rapid validation through pilots and beta releases  Capability Building Build and uplift product management capabilities within LTA’s Traffic Road Operations (hire, coach, mentor) Develop product culture and ways of working within agency teams Deliver training, coaching, and on-the-job mentorship aligned with GovTech Product Management Practice Establish best practices for: Product discovery Prioritisation and roadmap planning Iterative delivery and outcome tracking [What we are looking for]   Strong experience in product leadership (preferably in complex, multi-stakeholder environments) Experience working across enginee
