Description
About the role
We are looking for a Product Lead to join Dealpump . This is a strategic role where you’ll be responsible for building and optimizing quiz funnels to drive user acquisition, engagement, and overall growth of new-coming product within Dealpump.
We’re looking for professionals who want real ownership and the opportunity to shape and build the business.
As we grow within the $1.19 trillion e-commerce industry , your ability to deliver results and move fast will be essential to our success.
What you'll be doing
• Own the product roadmap and delivery cadence across R&D, affiliate, and content — shipping against it hands-on with a small team.
• Drive product-led monetization — design and ship improvements to pricing, paywall, packaging, and retention mechanics that move business metrics.
• Translate the CEO’s product vision into a prioritized roadmap and measurable outcomes.
• Raise the bar of the existing product team — diagnose talent, set clear goals, address weak spots, and hire as the team scales.
• Establish a shared product metrics framework (activation, retention, monetization) and run the team on data-driven priorities.
• Lead the adoption and integration of the AI-first mindset across the product team, leveraging AI for feature development and operational efficiency.
What you'll need
• Proven track record as a hands-on product leader who ships personally with a small or early-stage team.
• Demonstrated impact on core product and monetization metrics: ARPU, retention, DAU/MAU, etc.
• Experience inheriting and raising the bar of a product team — diagnosing talent, setting goals, addressing underperformance.
• AI-first mindset and hands-on experience using AI/LLM tools in a professional setting for product development or problem-solving.
• Strong metric fluency across product, monetization, and business metrics, with ruthless prioritization at an early stage.
• Comfort executing against a CEO-owned vision and operating in ambiguity with high ownership.
• Upper-Intermediate English or higher.
