This role combines hands-on engineering with a product-minded approach to understanding user behavior. This is a full-time, in-office position.   WHAT YOU'LL DO   • Own and evolve the frontend user experience across the PHM marketplace • Implement and maintain analytics instrumentation using Segment and GTM • Ship features end-to-end: from understanding the problem, to building the solution, to measuring impact • Partner with Product and Design to translate user insights into technical solutions • Use AI tools (e.g. Claude Code) to accelerate development and iteration • Identify opportunities for improvement based on user testing and passive analytics data • Contribute to the "logged in" experience as we expand authenticated features   WHAT YOU'LL BRING   • Production experience with TypeScript and Next.js • Familiarity with NestJS or similar Node.js backend frameworks • Fullstack capability with a frontend focus—you're comfortable across the stack but you care about what users see, experience, and feel • Experience with analytics tooling (Segment, Posthog, GTM) • Demonstrated adoption of AI-assisted development (Claude Code,, Cursor, etc.) • A product mindset: you ask "why are we building this?" before diving in • Desire to grow into a more strategic role with the right mentorship • A belief in our mission: connecting millions of Americans to mental health services that actually work for them   WHY THIS IS A UNIQUE OPPORTUNITY   • A world-class Board, Clinical Advisory Committee, supporters, and collaborators.
