Job Title: Lead Product Development Project Manager Location: Gothenburg Experience Level: Senior (8+ years) About the Role: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Lead Product Development Project Manager to drive the successful delivery of engineering-based projects. This role focuses on planning, executing, and overseeing all aspects of complex projects, ensuring alignment with business goals and operational excellence. Key Responsibilities: Design, communicate, and implement operational plans for engineering projects, including infrastructure, facilities, and equipment. Prepare designs, project controls, specifications, schedules, cost estimates, and ensure seamless production, transportation, installation, testing, and commissioning. Monitor project progress, addressing operational challenges, and minimizing delays. Identify, develop, and manage resources required for project completion. Develop engineering standards, project schedules, budgets, and forecasts. Manage the selection of materials, equipment, project staff, and external contractors. Provide coaching and guidance to teams on project management best practices. Lead large, high-complexity projects with significant impact on the business. Analyze and solve complex problems with minimal oversight. Qualifications: A minimum of 8 years of relevant experience in product development project management. Proven ability to manage high-complexity projects end-to-end. Strong leadership skills with experience in coaching and delegating to team members. Project Management Certification (PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent) is preferred. Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities. Exceptional communication and organizational skills.
