Incorporate Al-augmented design and development workflows to ensure the product experience stays true to the original intent. Facilitate collaborative design activities with cross-functional partners and involve them in explorations. Attend scrum team rituals, including backlog refinement, daily standups, sprint planning, and retrospectives. Apply Recurly’s design system to solutions and contribute to its improvement. Eagerly seek out opportunities to learn, grow, and improve. Advocate for the value of user-centered design.
