Product Designer (Graduate / Junior) | Climate Tech Scale-Up | Remote (UK) A fast-growing Climate Tech scale-up is looking for a bright, ambitious Product Designer to help shape the next generation of products tackling real-world sustainability challenges. About the Role Design intuitive user experiences and polished interfaces using Figma Run user interviews and research sessions to understand customer needs Turn ideas into wireframes, prototypes, and production-ready designs Collaborate closely with Product and Engineering to deliver impactful features Help build products that solve complex challenges with real-world impact About You Graduate to 3+ years' experience in Product, UX, or UI Design Excellent academic background, ideally from a leading university Strong Figma skills with a portfolio demonstrating thoughtful design work Confident communicator who enjoys working directly with users and stakeholders Self-motivated, curious, and excited by the pace of a scaling startup Experience designing B2B products or enterprise software is a plus Why Join?
