About the team: Our product teams work across the full customer journey to unlock opportunities that build value for our customers and enable commercial growth. In order to maximise the impact of these teams we are evolving our ways of working and investing heavily in AI. This makes it an exciting period of maturity for our design team as we look to drive quality output and outcomes, helping us realise our ambition of becoming the global leader in packaged holidays. The impact you’ll have: As a Product Designer, you’ll play a key role in elevating product quality and consistency across loveholidays’ customer-facing experience. Working within your product team you'll own the design evolution of key user journeys and touchpoints. You’ll help your team move faster and ship consistently strong work, especially as AI-assisted development becomes central to how we build. This is a rare opportunity to influence the visual and interactive foundation of a product used by millions of travellers. Your day-to-day: - Shape end-to-end experiences by shipping amazing new experiences that drive better conversion and engagement for our customers as we grow our footprint across Europe - Balance technical constraints with product needs, you’ll enable consistent experiences so we can maintain quality across journeys and platforms - Ask questions, explore data and talk to users to build context, then use what you find to define hypotheses and prioritise work - Monitor key metrics like bookings, drop-off and NPS to stay focused on what drives value, and connect product design decisions to the data behind them - Communicate with clarity. Build strong narratives around your work, choosing the right approaches to proactively and openly bring people on the design journey together - Collaborate and unblock issues quickly, simplifying and clarifying processes for yourself and others, utilising AI to balance speed with quality and impact - Design with accessibility from the start. Treat it as a core part of the craft, not a final check, and understand how your work connects to both customer outcomes and loveholidays’ broader goals Your skillset: - Strong interaction and visual design craft: you excel at applying visual and interaction design fundamentals with intention, and hold a high bar for quality across every touchpoint - Systems thinking: you have demonstrable experience designing holistic flows and user journeys rather than isolated screens, and you understand how your product area connects to the broader customer experience and business goals - Data informed and user-centred: you are comfortable tracking and interpreting metrics
