Responsibilities Assist in designing user-centered interfaces and experiences for web and/or mobile products under the guidance of senior designers. Support the team in conducting user research, gathering feedback, and translating insights into design improvements. Help create wireframes, mockups, and prototypes to communicate design ideas and concepts. Collaborate with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to understand requirements and design constraints. Contribute to and help maintain design systems, ensuring consistency across products. Participate in design critiques and brainstorming sessions, offering and receiving feedback constructively. Assist in usability testing sessions and help document findings and recommendations. Stay curious about design trends, tools, and best practices in UX/UI design. Requirements Currently pursuing a bachelor's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, Fine Arts, or a related field. Basic understanding of design principles, user experience (UX), and user interface (UI) fundamentals. Familiarity with design tools such as Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD. A portfolio showcasing personal, academic, or freelance design projects (even conceptual ones). Strong visual and creative sensibility with attention to detail. Good communication skills and ability to present and explain design decisions. Eager to learn, open to feedback, and proactive in seeking guidance. Interest in pursuing a career in Product Design or UX/UI Design.
