• Ensuring that collected requests and feedback are reviewed, aligned, and included in the prioritization process.
• Facilitating prioritization and ensuring alignment across Product, Development, Implementation, and Support on what should be delivered and when.
• Work management and delivery coordination:
• Coordinating and maintaining work in ClickUp, ensuring that tasks are clearly defined, assigned, prioritized, and regularly updated, with a transparent overview of priorities, ownership, dependencies, deadlines, and delivery status.
• Maintaining and managing the product backlog together with Product Owners and relevant stakeholders.
• Monitoring delivery progress, identifying risks and blockers, and coordinating their resolution.
• Agile facilitation and communication:
• Leading releases planning, weekly reviews, and delivery retrospectives.
• Ensuring transparent and timely communication between customers, Product, Development, Implementation, and Support.
• Managing expectations regarding scope, timelines, dependencies, priorities, and delivery capacity.
• Providing regular updates on delivery status, key risks, priorities, and upcoming milestones.
Skills and experience we are looking for:
• Experience in Product Delivery, Delivery Management, Project Management, or Agile Delivery.
• Experience coordinating cross-functional software delivery.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Ability to prioritize competing demands and facilitate decision-making.
• Strong organizational and planning skills.
• Experience with ClickUp, Jira, or similar work management platforms.
• Ability to work effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Proactive, structured, and outcome-oriented mindset.
• Desirable:
• Experience working in healthcare technology or other regulated industries.
• Technical understanding of software development processes.
• Clinical or healthcare domain knowledge.
• Experience working with distributed or international product teams.
• Scrum Master certification or equivalent Agile training.
