Description
Our Opening and Your Responsibilities Product Configuration Tools (40%) • Support the development and maintenance of product configurators across multiple product lines. • Coordinate testing, user acceptance, and go-live activities. • Gather business requirements and collaborate with global stakeholders on enhancements. • Manage user access and provide first-level support for configurator tools. • Drive harmonization of product configuration processes and standards. Pricing Management (25%) • Maintain product and spare parts pricing data in SAP and master price lists. • Support annual and periodic pricing updates. • Coordinate daily spare parts pricing requests and ensure data accuracy. Automation & Analytics (20%) • Develop and improve Excel, AI, and Power BI-based automation tools to reports and insights. • Generate insights from product and configuration data. • Create automation solutions to improve efficiency for Product Management teams. Sales Analysis (10%) • Prepare regular and ad hoc sales volume reports. • Analyze product trends, options sold, and market developments. Product Lifecycle Support (5%) • Support component phase-out activities and milestone review preparation. • Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure smooth execution of phase-out projects. What You Need to Succeed • Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Information Technology, or a related disciplin • Advanced Microsoft Excel SAP Data modelling and database development Power BI VBA, Python, and/or JavaScript. • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. • Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities. • Proactive, organized, and detail-oriented. • Collaborative team player with a continuous improvement mindset. • Experience working in a global or matrix organization. • Exposure to product configuration, pricing management, product data, or product lifecycle processes. • Experience supporting complex product portfolios is an advantage.
