Description & missions Digital Product Data Officer (F/M) Join an innovative international industrial company and play a pivotal role in the digital transformation of product data management. As part of the Global Marketing & Communication (MARCOM) team, you will ensure the reliability, structure, and effective distribution of strategic product data across the organization. Your mission: turn product data into business value As a product data expert working within a PIM environment, you will be at the center of collaboration between Product Marketing, Communications, Sales, Product Management, IT teams, and external partners (including syndication platforms and European distributors). Your objective: deliver high-quality, structured, and accessible product data that drives business performance and growth. Your responsibilities • Manage the collection, organization, storage, and distribution of product data across internal (e.g., websites) and external channels (e.g., syndication platforms) • Ensure data quality, consistency, and standardization across all systems • Identify business needs and define efficient processes for data distribution via PIM, servers, and centralized databases • Maintain compliance with data exchange standards such as ETIM, FabDis, BMEcat, and IDEA • Contribute to the administration and continuous improvement of the PIM system (enhancements, optimization, user support) • Define and track KPIs to measure data quality and performance • Proactively recommend improvements to tools, processes, and data governance practices Your profile • Proven experience in product data management • Fluent in French and English in an international environment • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to structure and solve complex problems • Highly organized with solid project management skills • Advanced Excel skills; working knowledge of XML, XSLT, and SQL • Familiarity with PIM, ERP systems, and digital tools • Good understanding of data exchange formats and product classification standards • Curious and comfortable adopting new digital technologies • German is a plus Why join us? • A strategic role at the heart of digital and business transformation • A truly international, cross-functional environment • High-impact, visible projects • A dynamic workplace where your ideas make a difference What we offer • Partial remote work available after the probationary period • Paid time off • Company cafeteria • Employee benefits: vacation vouchers, gifts, travel • Easy access (public transportation, parking, and transportation allowance) Ready for the challenge?
