You'll partner closely with Product Managers to uncover opportunities, define success metrics, and transform complex data into actionable insights. By combining deep analytical expertise with modern AI tools, you'll help build smarter products while making analytics faster, more scalable, and more accessible across the organization. To thrive in this role, you'll need: 2+ years of experience in a data analytics, BI, or Product Analytics role. Hands-on experience with SQL and BI tools. Bachelor's or Master's degree in an analytical field (Science, Engineering, Statistics, Economics, Mathematics, or similar), or equivalent analytical experience. Experience analyzing large datasets and translating findings into product recommendations. A self-driven mindset with a passion for leveraging AI to automate workflows and improve analytical processes. A strong sense of product ownership and proactivity to fully own a product domain, anticipate business needs, and continuously research and adopt evolving data methodologies. Exceptional communication and collaboration skills with excellent English, and the ability to distill complex data insights into clear, actionable narratives for PMs, Engineering, and cross-functional partners. Bonus points if you have: Experience working as a Product Analyst or within a product-focused team. Experience with Python, R, statistical analysis, or building AI-powered tools, automations, or agents. How you’ll make an impact: Partner with Product Managers to define product KPIs, evaluate performance, and drive product strategy through data. Design, analyze, and optimize A/B experiments to improve product performance and user experience. Build dashboards, data models, and AI-powered analytical tools that automate reporting and accelerate insights. Create self-service analytics solutions that empower Product, Engineering, and cross-functional teams to explore data independently. Lead multiple analytical initiatives, providing strategic recommendations based on statistical research and business needs. Collaborate with Product and Engineering teams to identify opportunities, solve complex problems, and continuously evolve analytical methodologies using AI. Why Taboola?
