Job Overview

Your Tasks
• Establishing Indicative Net Asset Value Calculations (iNAV/IOPV) for ETF/ETN in all asset classes with Solactive’s own pricing platform.
• Supporting the development, implementation and maintenance of Portfolio Composition Files (PCF).
• Ensuring and supervising IOPV calculations on a daily basis.
• Monitoring the ETF business.
• Optimizing existing operational processes with Python.
• Developing and implementing new processes with Python for handling of financial markets data.
• Handling customer inquiries and communicating with data providers, stock exchanges and distributors.
• Coordinating, setting up and transitioning workflows and tasks with operational units in Hong Kong, Germany and Canada.
Your Profile
• Academic degree in Economics, Finance, Computer Science, Mathematics or similar.
• Relevant work experience in the finance or technology industry.
• Affinity for technology and financial markets.
• Proficient in Python programming.
• Ideally experience with version control tools (e.g. Git) and databases (SQL).
• Innovative mindset and hands-on approach.
• Highly structured and motivated.
• Strong analytical skills, effective problem-solving mentality, and team spirit are highly valued in our teams.
• Very good communication skills in English (verbal and written).

Recruiting process

• 1.
Screening Call
The screening / introduction round is focus on
assessment of a candidate's basic qualifications
and determine whether (s)he is a good fit for
the role and the company.

Meeting the team
The team round is focused on the candidate’s
subject-matter know-how and abilities. The
interviewer will ask questions specific to the
job and the candidate’s prior experience. The
candidate will be expected to provide specific
examples to demonstrate his/her subject- matter
knowledge.

Task round
This one is an optional round, primarily
targeted towards technical roles such as
developers, that aims to filter out unfit
candidates based on their coding skills.
As part of the optional task round, the candidate
will be given a home task to solve within a specified
timeline, which they will need to complete and send
back to the hiring team for evaluation.
• 4.
Management talk
The management round is the opportunity for the
candidate to show qualifications and motivation
for the role, from a strategic company-fit point
of view.
Moreover, it is an opportunity for the candidate
