Job Responsability
Creation and maintenance of the photography studio calendar for e-commerce shoots;
Weekly monitoring of the e-commerce shooting list;
Shooting production activities (model casting, order confirmations, back-office tasks);
Creation and upload of shooting lists and shooting views on Chalco;
Continuous monitoring of any issues during the shooting phase and troubleshooting;
Status check of completed shoots on the Chalco platform – weekly report shared with the eCOM team (shooting list);
Management of content production in both pre- and post-production phases (e.g. garment preparation, packaging, preparation of delivery notes, coordination of required internal teams);
General support for activities related to photographic services and video production (liaison and coordination of all stakeholders involved in content production: external creative teams, photographers, agencies, production houses, etc.);
Support in the management of creative and pre-/post-production budgets;
Collaboration with the IT team to identify, test, and implement new Generative AI tools applicable to e-commerce and content production;
Testing AI applications for editorial image generation, evaluating quality, effectiveness, and alignment with brand standards;
Coordination of the operational photography team and support in optimizing creative production workflows through innovative solutions and digital processes;
Coordination of internal events dedicated to the presentation of new collections, supporting organization, set-ups, and operational management.
Requirements
• Minimum of 3 years’ experience within production companies or in-house teams, working as an Assistant Producer or Producer;
• Professional working proficiency in English (spoken and written);Excellent command of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Word; familiarity with Chalco and Hyphen is a strong plus;
• Basic knowledge of photographic language, shooting workflows, and related image acquisition and retouching software;
• Strong team player with a high level of reliability, accuracy, and attention to detail;
• Excellent organizational, planning, and multitasking skills, with the ability to manage complex activities in a dynamic environment.
What do we offer
• Starting gross annual salary of €30,000, in line with the classification provided by the National Collective Labour Agreement for the Textile and Clothing sector (CCNL Tessile-Abbigliamento) for "impiegato" employees. The final salary and grading level will be determined based on objective criteria, regardless of gender, such as experience, skills and seniority;
