PROCUREMENT & SUPPLY SPECIALIST / OPERATIONAL & STRATEGIC PROCUREMENT (M/F/D) - Lamigraf PROCUREMENT & SUPPLY SPECIALIST / OPERATIONAL & STRATEGIC PROCUREMENT (M/F/D) - Lamigraf At Lamigraf, we are passionate about design, innovation and excellence. For 50 years, we have been developing decorative papers that transform furniture, flooring and interior surfaces around the world. With production facilities in Spain, Germany, Brazil and China, as well as design and sales offices in several regions, we set trends and create bespoke solutions for our customers. To expand our team at our German site in Bönen, we are looking for a candidate to join us on 1 June 2026 . Your role with us: • Operational procurement with a strategic focus • Procurement of raw materials, consumables and supplies, technical components and services • Price and contract negotiations with national and international suppliers • Implementation and further development of a dual-sourcing strategy to secure supply chains • Analysis of procurement markets and identification of potential for optimisation and cost savings • Implementation of sustainable cost optimisation (Total Cost of Ownership) • Evaluation and management of supplier performance (quality, on-time delivery, delivery reliability) • Central point of contact for procurement matters at the Bönen site • Close collaboration with Production, Engineering, Quality and Logistics Your strong profile: ✔ Several years’ professional experience in procurement, ideally in an industrial or manufacturing environment ✔ Experience in price and contract negotiations ✔ Understanding of operational and strategic procurement ✔ Proficiency in using ERP systems (ideally Microsoft Dynamics 365) ✔ Good Excel and analytical skills ✔ Business fluent in German, good command of English ✔ Team player, strong communication skills, negotiation skills and ability to work independently What we offer: • A position of responsibility with scope for initiative • Short decision-making processes in a medium-sized company environment • Performance-related pay with 13.5 months’ salary • 30 days’ annual leave • Flexitime system • Company pension scheme (20% employer contribution) • Company bike leasing • Company events If you are looking for a dynamic, international environment with genuine opportunities for growth, we would be delighted to welcome you to our team.
