T he   r ole This role supports end-to-end procurement of   logistics   and warehousing services across ANZ, with a focus on cost   optimisation , service   quality,   and supply continuity. You will work closely with Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Logistics and Customer Service teams to support sourcing, supplier performance, contract administration and procurement outcomes for cold-chain   logistics   and warehousing. What   you'll   be   responsible   for This is a hybrid role managing   cold   chain   logistic portfolios for ANZ. Procurement Operations • Support end ‑ to ‑ end procurement activities for   logistics   and warehousing services , including transport, cold storage, and distribution facilities. • Raise, track, and manage purchase orders in line with approved contracts, demand plans, and budget controls. • Assist with RFQs/RFPs, supplier onboarding, and contract administration for   logistics   and warehousing providers under guidance from senior procurement roles. Supplier & Performance Management • Maintain supplier master data, rate cards, capacity details, and contract documentation for transport and warehouse providers. • Monitor supplier performance against agreed SLAs, including on ‑ time delivery, warehouse service levels, stock handling accuracy, temperature compliance, and capacity utilisation. • Support issue resolution with service providers related to warehouse operations, storage constraints, service failures, or delivery exceptions. Cost Control & Reporting • Support tracking of freight and warehousing spend against budgets and forecasts. • Validate   logistics   and warehousing invoices, investigate discrepancies, and coordinate resolutions with suppliers and finance teams. • Prepare regular reports on spend, warehouse utilisation, service performance, and key KPIs to support procurement decision ‑ making. Stakeholder Collaboration • Work closely with Supply Chain, Planning, Manufacturing, Logistics, and Customer Service teams to align warehousing and distribution needs with procurement activities. • Support operational coordination during peak seasons (e.g. summer demand, promotions, new product launches). • Act as the first point of contact for routine   logistics   and warehousing procurement queries. Governance, Risk & Compliance • Ensure all procurement activities   comply with   TMICC policies, financial controls, and delegated authority requirements. • Support adherence to food safety, cold ‑ chain integrity, inventory handling standards, and regulatory requirements applicable to warehousing and distribution.
