Role: Procurement Manager (FF&E Hospitality) - Contract role Consulting Seniority: Consultant - Manager Day rate: Negotiable Project duration: 6-18 months, starting in July/August Location: Athens, Greece (must be based here or willing to move for duration of project) We’re supporting a global construction and property consultancy that advises clients across major real estate, infrastructure and sustainability programmes worldwide. They're seeking a Procurement Manager with strong hospitality and FF&E (Furniture, Fixtures & Equipment) expertise to support the delivery of hospitality projects. The successful candidate will oversee FF&E procurement, coordination, and installation, ensuring projects are delivered efficiently. Tasks • Manage FF&E packages across hospitality projects, from procurement through to installation and handover • Coordinate with clients, designers, suppliers, and contractors to ensure successful project delivery • Monitor budgets, programmes, and project risks, providing regular updates to stakeholders Requirements • An independent consultant • Must be based in Athens or willing to move for duration of project • Experience delivering hospitality projects with significant FF&E involvement • Strong knowledge of FF&E procurement, supplier management, and installation processes • Excellent stakeholder management and project coordination skills
