• Procurement Strategy & Leadership
• Develop and lead procurement strategies aligned with project and organizational goals.
• Drive cost optimization, sustainability, and compliance across procurement functions.
• Lead and mentor the procurement team, ensuring efficiency and governance.
• Vendor & Contract Management
• Identify, evaluate, and onboard strategic vendors and suppliers.
• Negotiate high-value contracts, prices, and terms to secure best value.
• Build and maintain long-term supplier relationships, mitigating risks and ensuring timely delivery.
• Project & Cost Management Alignment
• Collaborate with project management teams to align procurement with project schedules and budgets.
• Ensure timely availability of materials, services, and resources for smooth project execution.
• Oversee procurement for civil, MEP, and specialized project requirements.
• Compliance & Risk Management
• Ensure adherence to company policies, audit requirements, and statutory regulations.
• Monitor procurement risks and implement mitigation strategies.
• Maintain transparency and governance in all procurement processes.
