Procurement & Commercial Manager – Wind Energy The Role We're looking for an experienced Procurement & Commercial Manager to join a major offshore wind project, supporting the Lead P&C Manager on a critical turbine supply workstream. You'll lead end-to-end commercial negotiations, targeting a Preferred Supplier Agreement by late summer and full contracts by year-end. What You'll Be Doing Negotiating and drafting commercial terms with OEM and key supply chain partners Developing and holding market positions based on deep sector knowledge Managing the full contract lifecycle from negotiation through to execution Working closely with legal and technical stakeholders What We're Looking For Proven experience negotiating with major wind turbine OEMs (e.g. Vestas, Siemens Gamesa) Track record of delivering end-to-end commercial negotiations in the energy or infrastructure sector Legal or commercial qualification advantageous Ability to operate at pace within a complex, high-value programme Please note: you must already have the right to work in the country where this role is based to be considered for it.
