Main accountabilities include: • Ensure agreed service levels are met • Capture billing information from relevant request format • Validate and input billing information • Create billing cycle relevant to customer needs • Generate invoices • Process relevant amendments/cancellations as necessary • Recognize revenue in accordance with request • Deal with customer and client enquiries • Be aware of deadlines and priorities in relation to month end • Assist with the preparation of management reports in line with Client and Accenture requirements Skills, knowledge & experience Essential • High school qualification • Experience with Microsoft tools (Excel, Word and Outlook) • Ability to work to targets and deadlines • Good team player – flexible enthusiastic, innovative and proactive • Attention to detail • Excellent command of Russian and very good English proficiency • Business Writing Skills • Good organization and time management skills Desirable • Experience of Order Processing or billing or collections or payment processing procedures >1yr. • Experience of working in a multi cultural environment • Proactivity and willingness to improve service Přijďte a připojte se k nám na...
