An exciting opportunity has become available for our client based in the S60 are of Rotherham who are recruiting for Process Operators to join their expanding team on a permanent basis. Benefits of the role: • No weekend work • Pension scheme in place • Free onsite parking • On site gym facilities • Pay increase after a successful first 6 weeks • Career development opportunities • Private healthcare schemes • 25 days holiday plus bank holidays Job duties to include: • Weighing and feeding raw materials into machines • Ensuring all items match the specifications required • Submitting samples • Maintaining production levels • Reporting of breakdowns to the Maintenance Department • Preparing items for future products • Any other duties that see fit Hours of work: The successful candidate will work on rotating shifts (days, nights and afters) for their initial first 6 weeks of training, which will then move to a 4 on 4 off shift pattern which will consist of 2 shifts on days and 2 shifts on nights.
