A well-established law firm in Boston is looking to appoint a Wills & Probate Solicitor, Legal Executive or experienced Legal Advisor to join its successful Private Client team. This is an opportunity to build a rewarding career in a department that plays a genuinely important role in clients' lives. The successful candidate will manage a varied caseload of wills, probate, estate administration, lasting powers of attorney and Court of Protection matters , providing trusted advice and exceptional client care from start to finish. Knowledge of trusts would be advantageous, and full support will be provided towards achieving STEP qualification.
