• Join a specialist Private Client team with a strong flow of trust and estate administration work • Clear progression opportunities within a firm that prioritises internal promotion • Hybrid working, private healthcare and multiple bonus schemes If you’re a Private Client CILEX Lawyer who enjoys the technical side of estate and trust administration but still values strong client relationships, this could be the ideal next step. You’ll join an established team that advises a broad range of clients, including those referred internally through a specialist Court of Protection department. The work is varied,interesting and relationship-driven, with a healthy mix of trust administration, estate administration, wills and LPAs. With a team of experienced solicitors, directors, paralegals and dedicated secretarial support around you, you’ll have the resources needed to focus on delivering excellent client service while continuing to develop your career. Who we’re looking for • Solicitor or CILEX Lawyer with 2+ years’ Private Client experience • Experience handling estate administration matters • Experience dealing with trust administration work • Experience drafting wills and LPAs • Ability to manage a caseload with appropriate supervision • Strong client care and communication skills • Organised and able to manage competing priorities effectively • Team-oriented and keen to develop professionally What you’ll be doing • Managing a caseload of: • Estate administration matters • Trust administration work • Wills • Lasting Powers of Attorney • Advising clients, families and carers on a range of legal and practical issues • Building and maintaining strong client relationships • Working closely with colleagues across the wider Private Client and Court of Protection teams • Contributing to the continued success of a growing department Salary & Benefits • Hybrid working following induction and training • 25 days holiday plus bank holidays • Private healthcare after probation • Subsidised gym membership • Life insurance (3x salary) • Contributory pension scheme • Attendance bonus scheme • Annual bonus potential • Additional leave at Christmas • Half-day finish on your birthday • IT equipment and home office furniture provided • Strong internal progression opportunities
